Solvent Red 146(CAS#17418-58-5)
Uses and synthesis methods
Disperse red E-4B is an organic dye, which is commonly used in dye scattering chromatography, optical filters, infrared sensing materials and other fields.
The synthesis method of dispersed red E-4B can generally be carried out by the following steps:
1. Synthesis of aniline compounds by suitable organic synthesis reactions.
2. React aniline compounds with nitric acid to synthesize lead-chromium concentrated solution to generate lead-chromium-iron mixed iron hydrosol.
3. Add an appropriate amount of hydrochloric acid to disperse the lead-chromium-iron mixed sol into a colloid of a certain particle size.
4. The lead-chromium-ferrocolloid is then reacted with aniline compounds to generate dispersed red E-4B. quality
Disperse red E-4B is an organic pigment, its chemical name is 1-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-4-[2-[(2-methoxyphenyl)azo]phenyl]azo]naphthalene-2,7-diol. Its structure is characterized by the presence of two amine groups and two ketone groups in the pigment molecule.
Disperse red E-4B has good solubility and can be quickly dissolved in organic solvents. It is less soluble in water and is commonly used in organic solvent systems. The pigment has relatively strong stability and is not easily decomposed by light, heat and chemicals. It has good lightfastness and durability and can be used in fields such as coatings, inks, plastics, and textiles.
Disperse red E-4B has a vivid red hue and has good staining power and transparency.
