Introduction

Pigment Red 185 is an organic synthetic pigment, also known as bright red pigment G, and its chemical name is diaminaphthalene sulfinate sodium salt. The following is an introduction to the properties, uses, manufacturing methods and safety information of Pigment Red 185:

Quality:

- Pigment Red 185 is a red powder with good dyeing properties and bright colors.

- It has good lightfastness, heat resistance and acid and alkali resistance, and is not easy to fade.

Use:

- Pigment Red 185 is mainly used in the dye industry and in the manufacture of inks.

- It can be used for textile dyeing, pigment printing, coloring of paints and plastic products.

Method:

- The preparation method of pigment red 185 is mainly through the nitrification reaction of naphthol, which reduces nitronaphthalene to diaminophanephthalene, and then reacts with chloric acid to obtain sodium salt of diaminaphthalene sulfinate.

Safety Information:

- Avoid inhalation, ingestion, or contact with skin. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.

- Wear protective gloves, glasses, and a mask during use.

- Avoid contact with strong acids, alkalis and other chemicals.
