Properties: 5-bromo-2-pyridine carboxylic acid is a colorless to light yellow crystalline powder. It is soluble in water, alcohol and ether, and slightly soluble in benzene and petroleum ether. It is stable at room temperature, but easily decomposes at high temperatures.
