Introduction
Isolamine (Vanillin) is an organic compound. It is a white to pale yellow crystalline solid that is slightly soluble in water but has better solubility in organic solvents.
The preparation method of isovulin is generally obtained through two methods: natural fragrance source and chemical synthesis. Natural fragrance sources can be extracted from vanilla beans or guar beans, while chemical synthesis is prepared by further processing with p-hydroxybenzaldehyde. Chemical synthesis methods are more commonly used and economical and can produce isovanillin in large quantities.
Safety Information: Isohmarin is generally considered a relatively safe compound. Although it may cause allergic or adverse reactions at higher doses, it is generally safe at normal dosages.
