The method for preparing 3- (3-acetyl-1-butyl) -3- (2-iodoethyl) -3H bis (aziridine) is as follows:
Prepare 3-butyn-1-ol through appropriate synthesis methods.
Then, 3-alkynyl butanol is reacted with iodoethylmethane to generate 3- (2-iodoethyl) -3-alkynyl butanol (3- (2-inodoethyl) but-3-yn-1-ol).
By using appropriate conditions such as alkaline catalysis or pyrolysis, 3- (2-iodoethyl) -3-alkynyl butanol undergoes an cyclization reaction to obtain the target product 3- (3-alkynyl-1-butyl) -3- (2-iodoethyl) -3H bis (aziridine).
