preparation method | compound 3,4-dichloroaniline (38.88g,0.2399mol) is dissolved in dichloroethane (30ml), then 12mol/L concentrated hydrochloric acid (70ml,0.84mol) is added, sodium nitrite (18.06g,0.261mol) is added, the reaction solution is stirred at 5 ℃ for 30min, and the clarified liquid is filtered out, drop to 140ml of sodium sulfite solution containing (90.71g,0.7197mol), react at 80 ℃ for about 3 hours, react to produce 3,4-dichlorophenylhydrazine, add about (60ml,0.72mol) concentrated hydrochloric acid for 1 hour, stir overnight at room temperature, filter to obtain 3,4-dichlorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride white solid 46.1g, yield: 90%. |
