Introduction n-tert-butoxycarbonyl-3-piperidone is an important pesticide, it is also an intermediate for pharmaceutical intermediates and other chemical additives. There are a variety of existing synthetic methods:(1) using γ-butyrolactone as raw material, after benzylaminolysis, hydrolysis, esterification, condensation with ethyl bromoacetate, cyclization, the six-step reaction of hydrolytic decarboxylation produces 1-benzyl-3-piperidone hydrochloride, followed by debenzylation of the tert-butoxycarbonyl group to give n-tert-butoxycarbonyl-3-piperidone (US0053565). (2) with 3-hydroxypyridine as raw material, reaction with benzyl bromide to produce quaternary ammonium salt, sodium borohydride reduction, Palladium carbon debenzyl on tert-butoxycarbonyl, N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-3-piperidone (CN103204801) was obtained by low-temperature oxidation of dimethyl sulfoxide.
Application n-tert-butoxycarbonyl-3-piperidone is an intermediate in organic synthesis and an intermediate in medicine, can be used in laboratory research and development process and chemical medicine synthesis process, mainly used for stereo control synthesis of chiral compounds.
Use N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-3-piperidone is used for stereologically controlled synthesis of chiral compounds.
